ShiftProof is designed to organize sensitive professional records without requiring an account or uploading those records to us.
Data stored on your device
Renewal dates, course entries, provider details, and contact hours entered in the free tracker are stored in your browser's local storage. They are not transmitted to ShiftProof. Clearing browser data can delete them, so retain your own export and original certificates.
Downloaded Audit Pack
The paid HTML workbook works offline and stores entries in the local storage of the browser where you open it. It contains no ShiftProof analytics or network-transmission code. Do not use it on a shared or public device. Clearing browser data can remove the working copy, so use its Download backup control and keep original certificates separately.
Anonymous product analytics
We record daily aggregate counts for page views and actions such as starting the tracker, adding a course, exporting a record, or showing purchase interest. These records contain only the date, event name, page path, optional campaign labels from a public link, and count. Campaign labels may remain in this browser tab's session storage so later pages keep the same anonymous source. We do not set analytics cookies or store a visitor identifier with these events.
Verified order records
When live checkout opens, signed payment notifications may store the payment provider's order, store, product, and variant IDs; order status; currency; total and refunded amounts; and timestamps. ShiftProof does not copy customer names, email addresses, receipt links, or card details into its database. Test orders and orders for other products are not counted as revenue.
External services
Official-resource links open California government websites governed by their own policies. If checkout is enabled, the payment provider will process payment and contact information under its own privacy terms; ShiftProof will not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
Changes
This notice may change as paid delivery or additional features launch. The effective date at the top will be updated when the handling of personal data materially changes.
