For California RN continuing education providers

Give learners a useful next step after the certificate.

Share a free 60-second CE proof check that helps a California RN review certificate fields, organize course records, and remember what to retain. It is independent, no-login, no-upload, and does not compete with your courses.

01

No competitive course catalog

ShiftProof does not sell continuing education. It starts after a learner receives a completion certificate.

02

No learner account or upload

The free check opens in the browser without registration, and it never asks the learner to upload a certificate.

03

A clearer handoff after completion

Learners can check the certificate fields, record the course, export a CSV, and keep the original proof under their control.

Copy-and-paste learner note

A neutral follow-up you can add to a completion email.

California RN reminder: keep your original completion certificate and review it before renewal. This free, independent proof check can help you spot missing fields and organize your CE record. No account or certificate upload is required:

Free website embed

Put the proof reminder beside your certificate download.

The compact card contains the official retention reminder and opens the full free check in a new tab. It asks for no learner account, certificate upload, license number, or email address.

What the learner sees

  1. 1. Check the certificate. Review the provider name and number, course title, completion date, contact hours, and learner name.
  2. 2. Record the course. Add the details to a private browser tracker and export a CSV when ready.
  3. 3. Keep the proof. Store the original certificate separately for the retention period required by the California BRN.

Optional learner purchase

Offline archive · $9 once

Some learners may choose the instant-download audit pack for an offline certificate index and renewal files. The free resource remains fully usable without buying it.

Provider FAQ

Does ShiftProof verify or approve a course?

No. ShiftProof is an independent organizer. It does not approve providers or courses, determine whether a course qualifies, or replace the California BRN and DCA license search.

Does a provider need an account or integration?

No. A provider can share the public learner link in a completion email, certificate download screen, help article, or renewal reminder.

Does ShiftProof collect learner certificates?

No. The free check does not accept uploads. A learner keeps the original completion certificate and can export a working CSV record from the browser.

Is there a referral commission?

No commission program is currently offered. This page is a free learner resource, not an affiliate offer or paid endorsement request.

What does the optional $9 product include?

The ShiftProof California RN Renewal Audit Pack is an instant digital download with an offline certificate index, CE record template, checklist, and local HTML organizer. It is optional and is not required to use the free check.

Questions or co-branded tracking link

We can create a provider-specific UTM link so your team can see the exact resource you shared. This does not create an endorsement, data integration, or commission arrangement.
