Changed your name or address before renewal?
The BRN says licensees must report a name change or address-of-record change within 30 days. Use the official channel; do not place identity documents in a third-party renewal tracker.

The BRN lists a current government-issued photo ID plus a second legal document proving the name change. Those files belong only in the official request—not in ShiftProof.
